Ben Dagovitch- musician, world percussionist.

A uniqe and interesting voice in the Israeli and international world music scene. Grew up surrounded by music through his family, Ben started playing classical trumpet at the age of 10 and played with youth orchestras until the age of 15. At the age of 21 while travelling in India, Turkey and Africa, Ben got  drawn to the reach world of ethnic percussion. 

After 5 years of studies and research of the African and Latin rhythmic world, in 2009 he started to deepen into the Mediterranean and Eastern rhythmical world under the guidance of Zohar Fresco-the internationally renowned Eastern percussion master.

since then, Ben has been devoted to this style of music, combining instruments and technics from Turkey, Egypt and India. This has taken him throughout the world, playing with leading world music groups and artists.
